Up-to-date reporting is one of the most crucial elements required to maintain an event budget and provide accurate numbers for hotel contracts and meal counts. Therefore, we developed ExpressReportTM, one of the features of ExpressEventTM, which allows program planners to select and run existing reports and create their own report(s) using all available sort categories and criteria, and save for future use. Standard reports include current registration counts, special event registration counts, weekly summary reports, and on-site registrations, to list only a few. Reports can be sent to all key players on the management team on a pre-planned date and time. Additionally, all reports can be transformed to MS Excel format and emailed to address provided by planner.
