ExpressEventTM offers Web based registration for a single meeting or multiple events for a single company or department. The invitation database is loaded into the application and will become the event archives, storing the updated information submitted when the participants register.

Once the registrant submits a completed registration, the application sends an automatic email confirmation to the participant. The email will confirm the data submitted and allow the participant to return to the website to edit the registration data. For instance, if a participant accidentally types their name incorrectly, they can return to the website to make the correction.

ExpressReportTM allows program planners to select and run existing reports and create their own reports using all available sort categories and criteria, and save for future use. Standard reports include current registration counts, special event registration counts, weekly summary reports, and on-site registrations, to list only a few. Reports can be sent to all key players on the management team on a pre-planned date and time. Additionally, all reports can be transformed to MS Excel format and emailed to an address provided by planner.

Once a database is loaded, group email may be sent to the database to market your event or future events. Periodic email messages may also be sent as a reminder of the end of the early bird registration period or of the last day to register for the event.
